Ballymore Stadium

As part of the Ballymore redevelopment, the Mclean stand will be upgraded to support the 2032 Olympic games. The upgraded facility will provide 3000 seat grandstand, state-of-the-art training and recovery infrastructure along with the modern corporate and function facilities for the venue to host an increased number of events.

PTG Consulting have been engaged to provide structural design for tiered floor for seating within the internal auditorium. The design was required to be lightweight construction and structurally efficient, with particular attention limiting floor vibrations and perceived movements.
