Esplanade - Palm Beach

Esplanade Palm Beach comprises 16 luxury apartments located on the beach front at the southern end of the Gold Coast. The residential development boasts unimpeded ocean views and presenting buyers with luxury a few short steps from the ocean. Upon demolition of the existing dwellings on the secured sites, the new building will comprise three levels of underground basement and seven levels of apartments.

PTG Consulting were commissioned to provided a comprehensive geoenvironmental scope of works for the development undertaking an initial investigation with the fieldwork scope including deep boreholes, acid sulfate soils sampling and installation of a groundwater monitoring well. Following the fieldwork scope and completion of laboratory testing, interpretive geoenvironmental reporting including geotechnical engineering advice, acid sulfate soils investigation and management plan, sand management plan and dewatering management were provided to the client.

Upon completion of the initial investigation PTG Consulting also provided additional consulting services including stability analysis of retention system design and platform design for piling operations.
